Performance

So far we have run two gigs at the Hawth in Crawley, both in front of an audience. At the first in January, students mostly performed some of their favourite covers and at the most recent one in June, they sang original material which they had written in the MIC workshops. They put into practice some of the performance skills they had been learning and were much more confident. An article in the Crawley Observer stated the gig was ‘delivered with a professionalism and confidence which betrayed the age and experience of the performers’.

On 2 July, the students will perform at Mainstage in Memorial Gardens from midday as part of the finale of Crawley Festival.
